How do I make sure I receive email correspondence from the board?
All emails are sent through TeamSnap. Make sure that all parents (and the gymnast) are receiving alerts.
How do I find out which meets my gymnast can attend?
Please ask the coach directly.
How do I register my child for a meet?
Please place a check addressed to "Acrojets Booster Club" in the girls or boys black mailbox's in the gym foyer, or send a venmo to @acrojetsgymnastics with the "meet name- gymnast name- level" in the venmo note.
How do I scratch my gymnast from a meet?
Let the coach know ASAP AND email acrojetsgymnastics@gmail.com ASAP with the name of the meet, gymnast name, level and reason. Some host gyms only send a refund if it due to injury and/or if submitted before the scratch deadline.
How do I volunteer to help with an event or meet?
For specific events and fundraisers, a sign-up will be sent through TeamSnap. Please check the minutes of our board meetings to find additional opportunities to help.
How do I become a supporting member?
Please place a check addressed to "Acrojets Booster Club" in the girls or boys black mailbox's in the gym foyer, or send a venmo to @acrojetsgymnastics with the "gymnast name- level - supporting member" in the venmo note. As a perk, supporting members are not expected to volunteer throughout the season. Supporting members are still responsible for meet registration fees and team fees.
How do I submit for reimbursement of coaching expenses?
The reimbursement forms are available in the "Forms & Docs" area of this website. Please note, food and beverage (non-alcoholic) is limited to a maximum per day. All original receipts are needed for reimbursement, itemized, and no credit card receipts will be accepted. Mileage is stated in the coaches contract, and only applicable for meets that are not local.
How to I apply for help from the Athlete Assistance Fund?
Gymnastics is expensive, and the Board will work out a payment plan for you if needed. If the burden becomes too much, you may email acrojetsgymnastics@gmail.com and we will send you a form for you to apply to have fees waived. You must disclose information as to why you need assistance and it is reviewed by the Board. Funds are limited and not all fees will be approved to be waived.
